The Rate Includes

Booking Procuedure

  • To make a reservation, please contact us by email or telephone.
    When booking, kindly provide the following details:
  • Full name (first and last)
  • Contact telephone number and email address
  • Requested arrival and departure dates
  • Our team will respond promptly to confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Reservation Confirmation
    • Bookings are confirmed once a 30% deposit has been received into our account.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to arrival.
    • The remaining balance is due two months before arrival.
    • After full payment has been received, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.
    • We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations.
  • Security Deposit
    • A €250 cash damage deposit is required upon check-in. This will be refunded in full at departure, provided no damage or loss has occurred.
  • Check-in & Check-out
    • Check-in: from 15:00
    • Check-out: by 10:00
    • Luggage storage may be arranged for later departures upon request.

Booking Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund of the deposit will only be made if the notice to cancel is recevied 90 days before the check-in date.

Notes

  • The property can accommodate up to 6 adults, in accordance with local regulations.
  • Children are welcome.
  • Smoking is not permitted indoors.
  • Pets may be allowed with prior approval and at the owner’s discretion.
